Habour views in the heart of Cowes Old Town
The Penthouse at Waterside House, available for short stays of between three and 30 nights, has long been a treasured weekender for its owners and their families. The apartment, which sleeps four, spans two floors, has two bedrooms and beautiful views across Cowes Harbour and the Solent.
Set in the heart of West Cowes, the apartment puts the best of the town within easy reach, from independent boutiques and busy marinas to lively pubs, cafés and excellent restaurants. And with the RedJet ferry terminal just a few minutes' walk away, getting there couldn’t be easier.

Accommodation
The Penthouse occupies the top two levels of Waterside House, ideally situated between Cowes High Street and the waterfront, two doors down from the Island Sailing Club.
The bright and spacious lower floor features an open-plan kitchen and living area, with lovely views across the water. Two comfortable double bedrooms—one with a private en-suite—are complemented by a separate guest bathroom, making the apartment well suited to two couples or a couple travelling with one or two children.
Upstairs, a staircase leads to the rooftop lounge, where floor-to-ceiling windows and a private wrap-around balcony make the most of the apartment’s elevated position. From here, there are wonderful views across the busy Medina River, Cowes Harbour entrance and the Solent beyond—a constantly changing scene of boats, tides and island life.
